Introduction:

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Project Coordinator position located in Schenectady, NY. This position is a contract hire opportunity which is expected to be on-site and for a duration of one year with possible contract extension.

Job Description:

• Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
• Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
• Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors.
• Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or HSD/GED with equivalent field experience
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with ERP or project management systems preferred

Preferred (but not Required):

• Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Wind industry
• Experience with Smartsheet
