Job OverviewAs a key member of our Project Engineering team, you will influence major technical and financial outcomes for our clients. You will provide technical project management, direction, and coordination of engineering activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and driving continuous improvement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the technical liaison for customers and EPC representatives.
- Coordinate with multiple engineering organizations, COEs, and global supply chains.
- Conduct Customer Kick-Off Meetings and Design Liaison Meetings.
- Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements.
- Evaluate financial/schedule impacts of scope changes and manage change orders.
- Provide technical support to ensure equipment meets customer requirements.
- Present project issue resolutions to upper management and create action plans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and/or Field Engineering.
- Ability and willingness to travel ~10% - 15%.
- Leadership-quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Experience with GTCC – Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving capability.
- Knowledge of plant system design engineering, manufacturing, assembly, installation, and/or testing.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
