Job Description
As the New Product & Project Integration Leader for HDNU Controls Engineering, you will:

* Define and document interfaces between design teams, product development activities, and Controls project execution teams.
* Develop a clear process for identifying schedule dependencies, handoffs, and critical integration points.
* Partner with project managers, engineering leaders, and NPI stakeholders to align priorities and resolve schedule conflicts.
* Create visibility to risks and impacts when NPI schedules shift or project execution schedules change.
* Support the development of standard work for schedule integration and cross-functional coordination.
* Facilitate regular reviews to monitor schedule health, dependency status, and milestone readiness.
* Help establish metrics and reporting that improve accountability and decision-making across the HDNU Controls organization.
* Apply lean thinking to improve coordination, reduce rework, and streamline engineering execution.
* Serve as a trusted cross-functional leader who helps teams work through ambiguity and align on shared outcomes.
What you'll bring (Required Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in any combination of engineering, program/project management, controls engineering, or new product development in a complex technical environment.
What will make you stand out (Desired Characteristics)
* Experience in the power generation industry.
* Familiarity with controls engineering, NPI processes, and project execution life cycles.
* Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect technical work across multiple teams and phases.
* Experience developing schedule logic, integration milestones, and dependency management approaches.
* Ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships across functions.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex planning issues into clear actions.
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity where processes are not yet fully defined.
* Proven ability to improve processes and bring structure to complex, evolving work streams.
