Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

* Minimum 2 years of Experience in the development and calibration of Powertrain Engine controls features

* Very good knowledge of internal combustion engines

* Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data

* Working knowledge of engine analysis and calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products

* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

* Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA

* Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques

* Proficient in advanced simulation tools

* Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Design and develop and EOL calibration for assigned Powertrain modules

* Perform the EOL testing on vehicle and fine tune the Cals as needed.

* Assist in developing and execute the EOL test scripts

* Use the OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate the OBD features

* Develop the proto models to fix EOL validation issue as a part of root cause analysis

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources

to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Base Salary Range : $60,000 to $90,000 Per Annum
