Project Engineer Manager

• Serve as the technical leader to develop scope of work, plan schedules, and monitor engineering activities.
• Interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Customers, and Engineering sub-contractors.
• Manage cross-functional engineering teams to master risks and opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance to Project Management and internal engineering teams.
• Evaluate financial and schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes.
• Enforce quality procedures and participate in their improvement.
• Lead and facilitate total project solutions across all product lines.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or a related STEM program.
• Minimum of 6 years of related industry experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Technical superior training with experience in project/team management in the energy field.
• Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical codes and compliance.
• Experience with turbo machinery, generators, or power plant accessory systems.
• Previous experience with Client systems is preferred but not required.
