Job OverviewAs a CAD Designer, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality models and drawings using CAD software. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and other team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. This role is 100% on-site, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Create models and drawings based on provided instructions, sketches, and layouts.
- Perform changes and revisions as directed by engineers or project managers.
- Receive supervision and review of work to ensure compliance with standards.
- Follow modeling and drafting practices to produce clear and concise models and drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Associate's Degree in Technology, Drafting, or a related field; or completion of a related vocational-technical high school program.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Basic understanding of drafting practices and procedures, such as Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
