Responsibilities:

• Provide safety and quality excellence across controls alliance
• Lead system level integration
• Complex project reviewer across value streams
• Ensure project risks identified
• Approve project risk mitigation plan
• Support development of system level solutions
• Lead RCAs across value streams
• Establish controls standards road map for value stream
• Mentor and coach technical architects
• Input on technical depth heat map
• Identify technical gaps
• Develop and teach system level training
• Overall project quality ownership
• Share best practices across value streams
• Design practices
• Lead kaizen events

Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher with minimum 15 years of experience HMI / User Interface Screens Development.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in performing technical reviews.
• Excellent knowledge about new units and services upgrade processes.
• Hands-on experience on use of physics based simulation platforms for software validation.
• Demonstrated the capability of having system level knowledge.
• Demonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
