Responsible for assisting casino guests with player card enrollment and players club services by ensuring guests receive friendly and efficient customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

* Enrolls new casino guests in Players club rewards program

* Promote the success of the Players Club by explaining the program to guests and demonstrating the value and benefits of the club.

* Knowledgeable of all casino and hotel marketing and non-marketing events

* Works with VIP services to better serve guests and resolving guest concerns or complaints when necessary

* Assists in execution of promotions, programs and drawings as requested by Marketing

* Provides general event and Entertainment support as directed by Marketing

* Attends and participates in marketing related events

* Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years or older

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Willing to represent the company core values of Fun, Service, Integrity and Respect at all times

* Possess a positive attitude that encourages participation and enthusiasm by others

* Be comfortable speaking in public, approaching and interacting with guests

* Have a strong knowledge of company culture

* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

* Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including nights, holidays and weekends

* Dependable and self-motivated

* Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
