Supervisor Wardrobe

Salary Range: $67,000 - $82,000
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Wardrobe Department
- Monitor paperwork on uniforms issued for accurate inventory control
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Interview, hire, and train wardrobe personnel in all areas of inventory and operations
- Update department files
- Ensure all internal guests are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
- Prepares periodic team member performance reviews
- Schedules all team members to ensure that there is sufficient workforce available to provide the most efficient service possible
- Ensures the upkeep of all uniforms to include sewing of new uniforms or special uniforms, alteration, fittings, and mending
- Issues uniforms to team members completing all required paperwork according to established department guidelines
- Assist Wardrobe Attendants as needed
- Cleans/keeps office and public areas neat
- Operates sewing machines
- Inspects and repairs uniforms as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 years Wardrobe experience
- Google Suite experience
- Ability to uphold presentation/demeanor in stressful situations and calling for assistance when necessary
- Must be familiar with all aspects of sewing and sewing machine use
- Previous experience in supervisory position is essential
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to be a TEAM player
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
- Must occasionally lift and lift up to 25 pounds
- Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
- Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
