Compensation: $50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Analysts (Private Capital).

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.

Once approved, analysts:

• Are promoted and highlighted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical projects
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on private capital transactions
• Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score

• Senior Analyst 90–100 $ 150–200/hourEx-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or development professionals with 5+ years of deal experience
• Lead Analyst 80–89 $ 100–150/hourFinance professionals with 3–5 years of modeling or transaction experience
• Analyst / Associate 60–79 $ 50–100/hourEntry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills

• DCF / LBO modeling
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Football field valuation summaries
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial and operational diligence

Approvals are based on assessment and performance, not tenure.

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved financial training
• Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin earning income immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

No cold applying or unpaid “experience” required—verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Visibility on the platform
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates

Analysts are independent contractors, not employees

Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approved categories

Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

Payments are issued after successful deal completion and fee collection

Initio Sphere may revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

• All work is strictly analytical, diligence, and financial support, complying with applicable securities laws.
