As the FP&A lead for Galaxy One, you will report to Galaxy’s Head of FP&A and lead all finance activities across Galaxy One. You will work closely with the Galaxy One leadership team as a strategic partner, helping drive roadmap prioritization, key product decisions, and marketing’s growth plans. You will collaborate with and act as the Galaxy One subject matter expert for the greater Galaxy FP&A/Finance team and interface with Galaxy’s executive leadership team.

You will be on the front lines of developing and maintaining financial models across the Galaxy One business as well as develop various KPIs and reporting for the Galaxy One team. You can conceptualize the “big picture” and translate concepts into detailed tactical execution plans while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment and have the “grit” necessary to manage multiple high-priority items.

• Become a subject matter expert in Galaxy One’s product offerings, competitive landscape and client profile.
• Own/develop and maintain KPIs and financial models covering Galaxy One’s business – at the feature level.
• Own/manage Galaxy One’s balance sheet and liquidity profile.
• Develop financial models for Galaxy One’s marketing team to understand projects and monitor ROI on various campaigns.
• Work with engineering teams to build automated reporting solutions.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to Galaxy One and Galaxy Finance leadership.

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A/strategic finance consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience building complex financial models.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking/lending, brokerage, and crypto services.
