Role OverviewInitio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Deal Readiness Reviewers
.
This is not a traditional employment role
. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.
Once approved, analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work
Support investors, fund managers, and operators by assessing the readiness of deals for execution, ensuring documentation, models, and processes are complete and accurate
Build a verified track record and Analyst Rating Score
Certification tiers: Senior Analyst
· Lead Analyst
· Analyst / Associate Analyst
Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–200/hour
Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, senior consulting, or professionals with 5+ years of transaction execution or deal readiness experience
Lead Deal Readiness ReviewerRating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–150/hour
Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience reviewing or preparing deals for execution
Deal Readiness Reviewer / AssociateRating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–100/hour
Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical and documentation skills
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Depending on certification approvals, Deal Readiness Reviewers may be engaged for:
Deal Assessment & ReadinessReview transaction documentation and data to ensure completeness and accuracy
Validate financial models, projections, and valuation assumptions
Check diligence reports, risk assessments, and operational analyses for readiness
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing approvals before deal execution
Support for Investors & Fund ManagersProvide structured feedback to deal teams for preparation of IC presentations or investor packages
Track and report readiness status across deals
Ensure all deal components comply with internal standards and best practices
Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of deal reviews and approvals
Standardize reporting for transparency and efficiency
Note: Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.
How Analysts Start EarningComplete the Deal Readiness Reviewer Certification Assessment or approved training
Receive category-specific approvals (Documentation Review, Modeling Validation, Deal Readiness Assessment)
Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Analyst Rating ScoreEach analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score

Visibility on the platform
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in deal readiness assessments, documentation, and reporting
