• Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify financial data
• Prepare weekly and monthly summary reports for management review
• Respond to client inquiries and route requests to appropriate departments
• Support compliance documentation and filing procedures
• Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination across departments

• High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• No prior finance experience required, full training provided
