Job Title
Duties Description
Complete fulfillment of Justice Center letters of determination for the Office of Investigations. Letters are reviewed for accuracy, then printed and mailed through the agency's out-going mail.
Provide support to returned letters of determination by scanning and uploading returned mail to the Justice Center case management system and creating the returned mail packet.
Provide secondary coverage to complete subject searches received by the Justice Center and State Oversight Agency on all subjects of Abuse and Neglect.
Distribute weekly/bi-weekly reports from the agency business intelligence application to investigators.
Work within a statewide case management system to record, track, and update pertinent case information.
Provide reports specific to outstanding cases bi-monthly and data reports for quality assurance on quarterly basis. Assist with various inquiries from external stakeholders.
Perform duties both independently and in a team setting with internal and external business units.
Answer questions posed by business units within the Justice Center as well as external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Current NYS Justice Center employee with permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Senior Administrative Analyst and interested in reassignment; OR current New York State employee with one year or more permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Senior Administrative Analyst; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 16 or above AND eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or 70.1 or 70.4 of the Civil Service Law.

Minimum Qualifications:
Six years of experience conducting management and organizational studies to review and revise procedures for new or changing programs, review organizational performance, and develop internal controls; collecting data and conducting cost benefit or systems analysis to assist with organizational change; evaluating and developing recommendations to improve program operations and effectiveness; and designing and updating procedure manuals, forms, and policy.
Trainee 1:
Four years of experience conducting management and organizational studies to review and revise procedures for new or changing programs, review organizational performance, and develop internal controls; collecting data and conducting cost benefit or systems analysis to assist with organizational change; evaluating and developing recommendations to improve program operations and effectiveness; and designing and updating procedure manuals, forms, and policy.
Trainee 2:
Five years of experience conducting management and organizational studies to review and revise procedures for new or changing programs, review organizational performance, and develop internal controls; collecting data and conducting cost benefit or systems analysis to assist with organizational change; evaluating and developing recommendations to improve program operations and effectiveness; and designing and updating procedure manuals, forms, and policy.
