** _Our patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatric depending on the location to include both orthopedic and neurological conditions. This may include but is not limited to chronic and acute pain, post operative care (ranging from total joint replacements to ACL reconstruction), sports injuries,_*

* What you will do:
*
* As a SPHP therapist you will be an integral part of the team delivering high quality, individualized patient care. Our team ranges from experienced clinicians to new graduates. Every day we work together and collaborate with the treatment team in a positive, therapist-focused environment to help our patients meet their goals.
** Responsibilities:*
* + As a Physical Therapist, you are responsible for direct patient care.
+ Integrate elements of patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions in a manner designed to maximize patient's functional outcomes.
+ Formulate comprehensive treatment program by evaluating patient's past medical history, disease/condition, impairments, disability and functional/developmental status
+ Accurately assess patient's rehab needs through the continuum of care and provide appropriate disposition, equipment, education and treatment recommendations in a timely manner
+ Document treatments and patient progress according to professional, department policies and procedures.

* What you will need:

* + Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science, Master's degree or Clinical Doctorate of physical therapy degree.
+ Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
+ 1 year of Physical Therapy preferred
+ Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written
** Pay*
* ** Range:** **$43.73-$56.58
** Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
