• Administer, manage, and support retail e-commerce platforms using Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Set up an alerting system for applications on Data Dog and Ops Genie to improve response time, reduce downtime, and increase system health.
• Automate TLS/SSL certificate provisioning and manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules per enterprise security standards.
• Collaborate with the Networks and Security Team to open firewalls and handle DNS requests required for infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot application and web server issues while ensuring zero-downtime production changes.
• Configure and manage Akamai services and resources, including properties, behaviors, caching rules, edge hostnames, delivery configurations, and SSL certificates.
• Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Circle
  
  CI, and Terraform to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus at least three years of experience as described.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Akamai’s CDN and WAF for production workloads and mitigating bot and malicious traffic.
• Proficiency with CI/CD toolsets, including Jenkins and Circle
  
  CI, for deploying artifacts and automating maintenance jobs.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Linux/UNIX systems and on-premises/cloud networking to maintain non-production and production systems.
• Experience setting up and responding to monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as New Relic and Data Dog.
