The Lead Generation Laboratory is hiring an analyst to power Cerity Partners’ data-driven prospecting engine. This team sits at the heart of the firm’s growth strategy — translating raw market signals, enrichment data, and internal relationship intelligence into high-quality, actionable leads for the Capital Solutions and Practice Development teams. Sitting within our Operations organization, the analyst will work closely with the Concierge Desk, Capital Solutions, and practice-specific business development contacts.

* Primary Responsibilities:

**** Signal Sourcing & New Lead Generation
*** Monitor SEC Form 4 and Form 144 filings, M&A transaction announcements, and property records for liquidity events and wealth-generating triggers
* Convert cold signal-based leads into warm opportunities by identifying relationship paths, enriching contact data, and flagging institutional connections
* Respond to PDO- and Practice-specific targeting requests (e.g., “business owners within 30 miles of Chicago with $3M+ investable assets”) with researched, scored lead lists
* Deliver weekly scored lead batches to the Concierge Desk, complete with outreach recommendations and supporting data
* Surface leads from existing cli

** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree required
* 1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management research, investment banking, data analysis, or a related field
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; comfort working with structured data
* Deep expertise in efficiency and process optimization through AI tools
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Understanding of SEC filings (Form 4, Form 144) or M&A processes
* Experience with financial data tools:
Equilar, Windfall, Linked In Sales Navigator, Fin Search, Aidentified, or similar
** Skills and

* Physical Requirements:

*** Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Occasional travel to firm offices or team meetings may be required
** Compensation Range:**  $85,000-$95,000
