Menlo Ventures is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives. Your role will focus on achieving team quotas and growing usage of Databricks. You will report to the Regional Vice President and contribute to the business's growth through strong leadership and strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years in enterprise technology sales and a proven history of exceeding sales quotas. A strong understanding of value selling in the Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI sectors is necessary.
Compensation for this role ranges from $440,000 to $605,000, with additional benefits provided to our team members.
