Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Polarion ALM to support end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Customize Polarion workflows, templates, and reports to align with organizational and project-specific needs.
• Support requirements engineering, test management, risk management, and traceability across the development lifecycle.
• Integrate Polarion ALM with other engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Git, DOORS, Teamcenter).
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure platform scalability and security.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to support regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA, etc.).
• Lead ALM-related process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Polarion ALM in configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of ALM concepts including requirements management, traceability, test management, and change control.
• Experience integrating Polarion with other tools through APIs or middleware.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, etc.
• Solid experience with Agile and V-Model development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $92000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $141000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;

401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
