Sr. Software Developer

Location:

Remote

Rate : $70 ON W2

Overview:

Client is looking for a Senior Developer to join their team! This person should have a recent background in hands-on development, business analysis with functional stakeholders, and be able to contribute to technology strategy and technical architecture.

Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is necessary, as well as experience with project-to-product transitions. Technology includes Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops, and Microsoft 365.

o SPFx Development

o Power Platform Development (Power Apps and Power Automate)

o Azure Development for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 customizations and extensions with Graph API, REST API and other interfaces

o Open to learning new technologies

o Communication with business stakeholders – Define and prioritize features / backlog items

o Gather requirements / partner with a Business Analyst to gather requirements from business stakeholders and document and communicate delivery expectations to developers

o Communication and coordination with IT executives

o Experience working within strict management procedures/policies

• Coding & Security Standards Management

o Assist with defining and implementing adherence to code quality standards

o Assist with defining and implementing adherence to code security standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Ten years of software development experience

• Hands-on experience with development in Microsoft 365:

o SPFx Development

o Power Platform Development (Power Apps and Power Automate)

o Azure Development for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 customizations and extensions with Graph API, REST API and other interfaces

• Experience with C# and React

• Experience leading a global development team

• Experience/accreditation as an Agile development team manager or Scrum Master

• Experience with architecture design for SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 customizations

• Experience with enterprise Application lifecycle management in Power Platform and Microsoft 365 development

• Experience with COE principles for Power Platform environments, solutions and deployment

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops

• Experience in structuring and managing operations for code repositories with Azure Dev Ops repos.

• Experience with security tools like Git Guardian/Veracode and their integration with Dev Ops pipelines

• Experience with cloud migration strategy

• Experience with Jira for managing projects, tasks, releases, bug fixes, etc.

• Experience with Service Now for tracking change requests, security reviews, service requests, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Developing Power Bi data visualizations

• Background in quality assurance

• Background in business analysis

• Background with Sec Dev Ops

• Background with Sec Ops

• Experience in the Finance industry
