NTT Data seeks high‑achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Change Manager Lead – Cybersecurity Program to work with our global client in Valencia, Spain
. This role will require an onsite presence at our client location.

Role Overview

The Change Manager – Cybersecurity Program plays a critical role in driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of cybersecurity policies, tools, processes, and behaviors across the organization.

This position supports a multi‑year cybersecurity transformation initiative and is responsible for planning and executing structured change management activities that ensure cybersecurity initiatives are successfully embedded across business units.

The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement, with the goal of strengthening organizational security culture and driving sustained behavioral change.

The Change Manager works closely with cybersecurity workstream leads, IT partners, and business stakeholders to assess people impacts, manage adoption risks, and continuously improve change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute change management activities in support of cybersecurity initiatives, including:
  • Leadership and sponsor alignment
  • Communications planning and delivery
  • Stakeholder engagement and readiness
  • Learning and development support
  • Reinforcement and sustainment activities
  • Measurement of change success
  • Manage one or more change initiatives simultaneously within the cybersecurity program
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
  • Support stakeholder management and engagement activities across cybersecurity work streams
  • Partner with cybersecurity leads, business units, and IT teams to identify change management needs
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible messaging for non‑technical audiences
Measurement, Risk & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track change management success metrics tied to adoption, user behavior, and program goals
  • Monitor progress and identify adoption risks or resistance
  • Collect and analyze feedback from managers and staff impacted by cybersecurity changes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve change effectiveness and program outcomes
Security Culture & Awareness
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness and security culture initiatives
  • Support behavior‑change campaigns that reinforce long‑term adoption of secure practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, preferably within:
  • Cybersecurity programs
  • Technology transformations
  • Risk or compliance initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives in cross‑functional environments
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours while based in Spain
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
  • Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance programs
  • Familiarity with security awareness, behavioral change, and security culture practices
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Microsoft Copilot
