This role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the US East Coast or US Central Time Zone. We are seeking US Citizens or Green Card Holders only.

Note: We are not working with external vendors for this role.

The project is expected to last up to 3 years, with a part-time focus of approximately 30 hours per week.

The key responsibilities include:

• Working with Tier 1 help desk individuals to troubleshoot SOTI enrollment failures and sync issues.
• Advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and lifecycle management using the SOTI Mobi Control platform.
• Supporting imaging and post-enrollment configuration using SOTI Stage scripts.
• Managing BYOD instance setup and app deployment.
• Assisting with firmware and OS updates across devices (approximately 26,000 Android handheld devices).
• Supporting Zimperium API integration and threat response workflows.
• Advising on SOTI policy enforcement and compliance.

We are seeking candidates with:

• 5 years of Enterprise Mobility and endpoint support experience, including troubleshooting device enrollment, policy sync, and app deployment issues.
• At least 3 years of experience with SOTI Mobi Control.
• Experience developing and managing SOTI Stage scripts for automated enrollment and post-provisioning.
• Experience integrating and maintaining mobile threat defense tools (e.g., Zimperium).
• Android engineering experience, including building and maintaining standardized imaging templates for Android tablets and rugged handhelds.
• At least 2 years of experience with the Android OS, ADB, and device provisioning.
