Position: Solutions Engineering Manager – High-Growth Cybersecurity Scale-up

Joining a disruptive leader in Application Security and API protection. Backed by top-tier VCs, they are redefining how security and development teams collaborate. They are looking for a strategic leader to scale their technical sales engine and conquer the global market.

Your mission:

  • Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Solutions Engineers to support explosive business growth.
  • Tech-Sales Strategy: Own the technical sales cycle, from complex demos to successful Proof of Concepts (PoC) for strategic global accounts.
  • Product Advocate: Act as the bridge between the field and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize technical sales processes to shorten cycles and maximize conversion rates.

Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Pre-sales, ideally within Cybersecurity or complex SaaS.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams or a very strong appetite to transition into a management role.
  • Tech Stack: Solid understanding of modern APIs (GraphQL, REST), SDLC, and Cloud environments.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for CTOs and CISOs.
