Your mission:
- Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of Solutions Engineers to support explosive business growth.
- Tech-Sales Strategy: Own the technical sales cycle, from complex demos to successful Proof of Concepts (PoC) for strategic global accounts.
- Product Advocate: Act as the bridge between the field and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize technical sales processes to shorten cycles and maximize conversion rates.
Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Technical Pre-sales, ideally within Cybersecurity or complex SaaS.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams or a very strong appetite to transition into a management role.
- Tech Stack: Solid understanding of modern APIs (GraphQL, REST), SDLC, and Cloud environments.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for CTOs and CISOs.
