I’m ready to remove the manual work from my entire marketing funnel and need an AI automation specialist to make it happen. The goal is to have leads captured, nurtured, and followed up on without me lifting a finger, while every touchpoint is logged inside my existing CRM.

System Requirements

Lead generation – scrape or capture prospects from ads, landing pages, or social channels, qualify them with an AI model, and push the data straight into the CRM.
Email marketing – trigger personalized sequences written by GPT‑4 (or similar) the moment a lead meets predefined criteria, with performance metrics automatically returned to the CRM.
Social media management – schedule and publish AI‑generated posts, pull engagement stats, and feed them back to the CRM so I can see the full customer journey in one place.

Deliverables

Workflow diagrams showing how data moves from capture to close.

Working automations deployed in my live environment.

Clean, commented code or no‑code scenarios and API keys stored securely.

Short Loom walkthrough plus written hand‑off documentation so my team can adjust prompts or audiences on the fly.

Acceptance Criteria

A test lead must run through the full flow, receive a personalized email, appear on the social queue, and show up inside the CRM with all activities attached—no manual intervention required.
