IT Level 1 Support Consultant
Location:
Schenectady, NY (100% Onsite and willing to work in shifts)
Duration: 12 Months+
No: of Positions: 20
One of our clients is looking for an IT Level 1 Support Consultant. Provide front and back-end support through the management of customer and field inquiries through the online portals. Provide continuous monitoring, planning, and tracking of planned maintenance actions based on digital analytics and translation to online systems. Client will provide 6 weeks training for inscope activities.
