Position: Help Desk Associate: First-Line Tech Support for Veterans

GovCIO is seeking an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide exceptional technical support to United States Veterans. This role involves assisting with mobile device setup, application support, and troubleshooting across various platforms including iOS and Windows.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a commitment to service excellence. The position requires responding to customer inquiries via phone and chat while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
