** What's the Job?*
* + Provide technical support for Windows and iOS corporate devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

+ Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets efficiently.

+ Assist with the installation and configuration of business and common applications such as Microsoft Office, third-party tools, and enterprise applications.

+ Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

+ Support Active Directory and Group Policy management to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7/10).

+ Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

+ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and cloud services.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

+ Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
