We are looking for a mid‑level, New York‑qualified derivatives lawyer to join our New York office. The role is full‑time, permanent, and offers a salary banding of $260,000‑$420,000.
Responsibilities- Act on all elements of a deal from term‑sheet stage, through negotiation of transaction documents to closing and post‑closing.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
- Contribute to department know‑how.
- Provide initial views and advice for advisory briefs, drawing on the firm’s resources.
- Interact with clients and colleagues globally, responding to client needs and contributing to business growth.
- Mid‑level, New York‑qualified lawyer with experience in credit derivatives and structured credit transactions.
- Knowledge of US regulatory regime and bankruptcy issues related to derivatives.
- Experience with digital assets and related transactions and activities.
Salary banding: $260,000 - $420,000.
