The OpportunityNew Rocket is the largest independent Service Now Elite partner. Service Now is our most important channel and the engine behind the majority of our revenue. We are hiring a Vice President to own this partnership end-to-end across the Americas and turn it into a measurably bigger, faster, more productive pipeline machine for New Rocket.
This is a build-the-business role. The Vice President, Service Now GTM & Partnership will own New Rocket's end-to-end relationship with Service Now across the Americas and be accountable for driving qualified leads, sourced pipeline, and closed bookings through the Service Now channel. The successful candidate will treat Service Now as a revenue engine and will operate with the urgency, discipline, and commercial instincts of a seller running a territory.
This role reports directly to the Chief Growth & Alliances Officer.
What You Will Own- Pipeline Generation — carry a sourced-and-influenced pipeline number through the Service Now channel across the Americas, with weekly tracking and a specific focus on AI-led pipeline. Source net-new logos in New Rocket's ICP, register cleanly, and run them to first meeting alongside New Rocket Account Executives.
- AI Pipeline Focus — make AI pipeline generation the leading indicator of this role's success. Maintain a weekly view of AI-sourced and AI-influenced pipeline tied to New Rocket's AI offerings, and report it into the Chief Growth & Alliances Officer every week.
- Joint Go-to-Market — build and execute the joint GTM with Service Now AMS field leadership, translating it down to AE-level, PSM-level, and District-level account plays across US Commercial, US Enterprise (Manufacturing, Telco/Tech, BFS, Energy, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences), and Canada.
- Program Management — own New Rocket's standing inside Service Now's partner program. Maintain Elite Partner status, advance specializations and Product Line Achievements, and proactively work with delivery to close gaps in certifications and CSAT. Track every change Service Now makes to the partner program — tier requirements, incentive structures, designations, MDF mechanics, deal registration rules — and communicate those changes clearly and quickly to New Rocket leadership, Sales, Delivery, and the affected functions so the company can respond.
- Relationship Management — manage New Rocket's Service Now relationships across the Americas with clear, structured ratings of the commercial value each relationship delivers to New Rocket. Maintain a current view of every meaningful Service Now contact by geo and vertical, the cadence of engagement, the pipeline they have sourced or influenced, and a value rating that informs where the next investment of time goes.
- Solution Co-Development — partner with New Rocket's Industry Marketing, Field CTOs, and Offering teams to develop Service Now-anchored solutions, sales plays, and battle cards that are commercially packaged, priced, and sellable — not just demonstrable. Drive Service Now channel demand for Origin, Flight Path.
AI, AIx, Maestro, the Intelligent Agent Crew, New Rocket Intelligence, and any new solutions and offerings New Rocket brings to market. - Hyperscaler Partnerships — own New Rocket's commercial relationships with AWS as they relate to the Service Now ecosystem. Ensure New Rocket's Service Now-focused solutions are listed and transactable on the AWS Marketplace and drive co-sell motion with hyperscaler field teams against Service Now accounts.
- Good News Engine — actively communicate and market New Rocket's wins, customer outcomes, and AI successes back into Service Now. Make sure Service Now's field, AMS leadership, and product teams hear New Rocket's good news stories continuously — not just once a quarter.
