Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Project Manager positions in Schenectady, NY. Responsibilities:

· Lead weekly IPM meetings to review cost, schedule risks, and opportunities, and develop mitigation action plans

· Drive cross-functional risk mitigation efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed

· Support Project Manager (PM) and Cost Manager (CM) with risk updates, variance analysis, and project reporting

· Coordinate with cost and schedule core teams to manage forecasts, commitments, and execution plans

Requirements:

· Proven experience in project management, risk management, and cross-functional coordination

· Strong knowledge of cost control, schedule management, and project delivery processes

· Ability to lead meetings, drive mitigation strategies, and communicate with stakeholders

· Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills

· Shift: 1st shift (7:00-4:00, 7:30-4:30, 8:00-5:00, 8:30-5:30, or 9:00-6:00) with hybrid schedule (Mondays & Fridays remote, Tuesday-Thursday onsite)

· Weekly paycheck

· Pay: $73.76/hr

** Pay Details:**  $73.76 per hour
