Operate commercial mixing equipment to prepare doughs and batters to specification;
Monitor mixing times, speeds, and ingredient incorporation to ensure consistency and quality;
Follow production schedules to ensure timely flow of product to downstream operations;
Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work areas between batches and at end of shift
