Available shifts starting around 11pm and until 7-9am. 7-8 hour shifts Monday - Friday.

• Advanced experience in food manufacturing
• Candidate must be organized & detail oriented
• Self‑motivator and have the ability to think outside of the box; and make suggestions to the Supervisor(s)
• Must have strong follow‑up skills and attention to detail.
• Must be aware of all compliances when dealing with Manufacturing standards, USDA, HACCP as well as basic
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Must master general knowledge of all equipment and processes in their specific areas
• Excels at interacting with the employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Must be able to work in a Hot OR Cold environment
• Must be capable of regularly pushing, pulling and moving rolling racks with full sheet pans and /or rolling V‑Mags weighing over 50 Lbs.
• Must be willing and able to master and work all spots in the area you are assigned to (ie: Raw or RTE)
• Cover vacations and or sick calls in your assigned areas
• Flexible schedule to be able to cover different spots in your assigned area
• Always ensure adherence to all food safety standards and policies
• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures & GMP’s;
• Grasp additional training and mentoring for development into a lead spot should one become available
• Interact with all employees in a professional, cooperative and team oriented manner
• Be able to work multiple areas in a given week or day
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

This position reports directly to the Senior Supervisor and Supervisor of the Area and will be responsible for their assigned Area. This position requires someone that has the flexibility to work in different areas and be able to cover different shifts when needed and has the desire and drive to excel and learn about other areas within the facility in order prepare for future leadership positions in production.
