Maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe environment within the commissary through cleaning and sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and tools in accordance with SSOPs and company standards;
Safely disassemble, clean, and reassemble food production equipment;
Follow lockout/tagout procedures when handling equipment with mechanical or electrical components;
Apply cleaning and sanitizing agents per established dilution ratios and chemical handling protocols;
Complete pre-operational sanitation and inspection checklists; communicate findings to Supervisors or QA
