Part time volunteer coordinator – requires only the time you wish to give it

Jazz for Peace™ invites volunteers to serve as a part‑time Volunteer Coordinator. The role focuses on tracking zip code outreach, coordinating grant invitations, and supervising volunteer activities. Commit to 10–15 hours per week for a 6‑month period.

• Maintain a spreadsheet of zip codes assigned to volunteers and update status.
• Send invitation letters to nonprofit organizations in assigned zip codes.
• Follow up with organizations to answer questions about JFP grants.
• Keep a record of volunteer tasks and progress.
• Supervise volunteer work, coordinating with JFP staff and maintaining communication.

• Experience coordinating outreach or volunteer programs preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely.
• Available to commit 10–15 hours per week for 6 months.
