Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner

• Monday-Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Approximately 8-9 Hours Per Day
• No Nights
• No Evenings
• No Weekend Call
• No Call
• Potential to Float 1-2 Days Per Week

• Outpatient Endocrinology Patients
• Low to Moderate Acuity
• Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day
• 15 Exam Rooms
• Majority of Patient Care Focused on Diabetes Management

• Provide Outpatient Endocrinology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Patients With Diabetes
• Provide Ongoing Diabetes Management and Follow-Up Care
• CGM Analysis Experience
  - Preferred
• Insulin Pump Management Experience
  - Preferred
• No Other Procedures Required

• 5 Providers
• 3 Nurse Practitioners
• 3 Registered Nurses
• 2 Licensed Practical Nurses
• 6 CNA/CMAs
• Additional Clinical Support Staff
• AI Ambient Scribe Available
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified

• Active New York State License in Hand
  - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Endocrinology

• AHA or RQI Certification Required, as Applicable
• CGM Analysis Experience
