We’re looking for a Vetco Total Care Hospital Medical Leader to ensure the highest level of patient care, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative and respectful work culture.

• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency, and exceptional care quality.
• Lead clinical teams, cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture where all people feel welcome.
• Utilize all experience and skills to practice autonomous medicine, delivering the highest standards of care.
• Build relationships with pet parents, modeling respect and empathy.
• Participate in paid continued education and leadership training, growing as a practitioner and leader.
• Support local medical directors and work with a team of licensed and trained veterinary technicians and assistants.
