Job Overview

Under the direction of the Director, Selling Experience of Jewelry, the Client Development Manager, Jewelry plays a critical role in driving sales and supporting the world of Jewelry. The role involves coaching a high performing team of Jewelry Style Advisors, developing client relationships, and managing performance and training.

Responsibilities
  • Coach associates to develop selling, clienteling skills and behaviors, ensuring deep relationships with clients and driving repeat business.
  • Onboard, train, and provide ongoing education to the selling team on product knowledge, events, policies and targeted coaching.
  • Manage performance, counsel poor performers, and recruit to fill open positions.
  • Use technology and data to coach Style Advisors, build clienteling tools, promote personal branding, and leverage social media and other channels.
  • Maximize client appointments and inform clients of in-store events to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify patterns in client spend and opportunities to increase wallet share.
  • Lead special order and repair process lifecycle, manage inventory, record client sales and warranties, and serve as a floor leader in resolving client issues.
  • Maintain a welcoming shopping environment, including fitting rooms and merchandise display.
Qualifications
  • 4‑year degree and/or GIA certification (preferred); proficiency with technology (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • 3+ years of management experience with a comparable sales volume or proven track record.
  • Flexible in scheduling: evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to build structural processes, and a strategic thinker.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
