Eataly North America is seeking a Senior Buyer for Cured Meats and Cheeses (Salumi & Formaggi) to lead SAFO purchasing across salumi, formaggi, antipasti, and dairy, executing procurement strategy, catalog development, inventory management, forecasting, and supplier relationships.
Reporting to the Director of Fresh, you will manage the Category Manager, drive cost savings, new product launches, and ensure assortment aligns with sales and margin goals, with occasional travel to all locations.
