Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team in JOB-CITY , JOB-STATE . In this field-based role, you'll execute in-store merchandising for major retailers, including planogram implementation, resets, new item placement, and promotional displays. You'll stock, front, and rotate products, verify tags, and complete basic audits to improve on-shelf availability and sales. Working in a people-first, team-oriented environment, you'll follow detailed project directions, travel between assigned stores, and communicate with store staff and SAS leads.

This role offers flexible schedules, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise sets, resets, and planogram updates for assigned retail stores
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability and visual appeal
• Follow detailed planograms and project instructions using handheld devices or printed layouts
• Conduct basic audits, shelf tagging, and price label verification
• Set up promotional and seasonal displays to company and retailer standards
• Communicate with store management and SAS leads on project status, issues, and opportunities
• Document work completed through photos, reports, or mobile apps
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in work areas
• Travel between assigned stores following a defined schedule or route
• Support team members on larger remodels, new store sets, and special projects
