Assistant Store Manager

Global Partners LP seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy fuel and convenience store within its Northeast energy network. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise frontline associates, support scheduling, and uphold high standards of customer service and store presentation. You will help manage inventory, cash controls, and merchandising while enforcing strict safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations of fuel and convenience retail location
• Supervise, train, and schedule frontline associates to meet performance and service standards
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and cash handling to minimize loss and drive sales
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
• Track key performance metrics and support execution of promotional programs
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
• Assist with incident reporting and compliance documentation
