Position: Sales Representative - New Jersey 1099

Location: New York, Cosmetics activity (USA)

Position Summary

Teoxane Laboratories is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our team on a 1099 basis. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in selling dermoscometics products. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, leveraging networking events, and innovative outreach strategies.
  • Sales & Relationship Management - Engage directly with HCPs, present tailored solutions. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with HCPs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise & Demonstrations - Develop a deep understanding of Teoxane Dermocosmetics. Conduct in‑person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight features, benefits, and usage best practices.
  • Pipeline Management - Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing deals. Provide regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
  • Market & Industry Insight - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies and product development.
  • Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience in Dermoscosmectics - A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential.
  • Self‑Motivated & Independent - Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor. Must be highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex product information in an accessible manner.
  • Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with the Aesthetics market and Dermocosmetics.
  • Organizational Skills - Capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
