• Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations
• Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution, from discovery to technical win

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with cloud-native technologies, such as container technologies and Kubernetes
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical sales or sales/solution engineering
• Proven track record of success in a technical presales role
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies

• Experience in onboarding, educating, and enabling partners during sales cycles
• Familiarity with the Scale Ops product and its applications in various industries
