Commercial Channel Manager – Eastern Region

DSI is a sales enablement company with an immediate career opportunity for an ambitious individual to fill one of our key roles as a Commercial Channel Manager in the Eastern Region. This remote sales position will require approximately 20–50% travel within the assigned region.

Base pay range

$50,000 – $95,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Prospect businesses and identify new partners interested in adding DIRECTV to their portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and manage the database of potential and current customers in the Eastern Region.
  • Work as a team with vendor partners and internal DSI Channel teams to strategize best practices to grow the region.
  • Manage existing portfolio of dealers in the Eastern Region to drive new sales, keep DIRECTV at the forefront of every interaction, provide training on new offers and promotions, handle escalations promptly, and launch marketing/incentive programs.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to partners (utilize leads, strategize, and execute growth plans side‑by‑side).
  • Maintain dealer adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines to ensure program integrity.
  • Track and interpret sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable insights; present performance metrics and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Meet with key customers and potential clients, attend vendor and internal meetings.
  • Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial, Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, recruiting, training, and onboarding.
  • Strong self‑management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to review large amounts of data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Effective consultative approach to customers.
  • Experience speaking with business owners and leadership on financials, cash flow, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel 20–50% of the time.
Requirements
  • Must live in the Eastern Region (Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, or New York).
  • Travel 20–50% of the time within the region.
