Job Description & How to Apply Below

As Business Development Director, you'll build meaningful partnerships with colleges, universities, and other mission-driven organizations. Success in this role isn't measured by one-time transactions. It's about transforming an initial search engagement into long-term institutional partnerships spanning departments, campuses, and years.

Working closely with our recruiting and strategy teams, you'll serve as a trusted advisor who understands client priorities, anticipates hiring needs, and helps organizations solve talent challenges before they become urgent.

Build Relationships That Make a Difference

At Another Source, we believe recruiting is about more than filling positions, it's about building lasting partnerships that help organizations thrive.

Founded in 1991, Another Source is a second-generation, women-owned recruiting firm that partners with colleges, universities, nonprofit organizations, and select corporate clients to identify exceptional talent. Rather than taking a transactional approach, we become an extension of our clients' teams, combining strategic recruiting expertise with outstanding relationship management to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

We're growing and have created a new opportunity for a Business Development Director to expand our partnerships within higher education. If you're someone who naturally builds trust, loves connecting people, enjoys strategic conversations, and thrives on creating long-term client relationships, we'd love to meet you.
