** What You'll Do:*
* + Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors.

+ Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following appropriate protocols for the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries, directions, and security-related concerns as needed.

+ Document and report any unusual occurrences, incidents, or security-related matters according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

+ Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with local emergency services when appropriate.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Applicants must have 5 years of industrial security-related experience or 2 years of military, law enforcement, emergency medical technician or fire department services experience.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
