Security Officer - Schenectady, NY

We are currently building a candidate pool for potential upcoming Security Officer openings that may become available as business needs evolve. These opportunities may arise on all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd; full-time or part-time) at various fixed locations in Schenectady, NY and surrounding areas. When positions do open and candidates are placed, roles offer set schedules, providing consistency and stability. Pay rates range from $17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on site location.

• Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify any unusual activity.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
• Complete clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and site staff.
• Follow established protocols and contact emergency services when needed. What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including CCTV and reporting tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately in emergencies.
