Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and support visitor, vehicle, and delivery verification in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.
