Maintenance Technician
Conifer Park is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Glenville, NY. In this position, the right candidate will perform preventative as well as corrective maintenance to equipment as assigned by work orders. The tools/equipment will be maintained in proper working order at all times. Will set up and break down any equipment for special events.
Patient and staff electrical equipment will be checked to ensure for safe use.
Schedule:
Mondays - Fridays 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Rotational On call
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with valid driver's license.
- Vocational/Technical education or Associate Degree in HVAC is a plus!
- A minimum of 1 year experience is recommended.
- Ability to demonstrate appropriate skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, Painting and electrical preferred.
