Must Have:

• Hard skills: beginner in Testing; competent in CI/CD, AWS; proficient in AI, Natural Language Processing, Python, Tensor Flow, Docker, Algorithms, PyTorch, Data Visualization, R, Machine Learning, LLM, Deep Learning

Nice-to-have:

• Hard skills: beginner in Agile, GCP, Pipeline, C/C++, Information Security; competent in Git, JAVA, Kubernetes, Research, Azure, Scikit; proficient in Statistics
• Soft skills:

• Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
• Mastery of AI/ML frameworks, including Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Hands‑on knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

• At least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and client‑facing stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.

• AI Model Development: Develop, train deploy machine learning models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.
• Solution Architecture: Build scalable AI‑powered systems for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and workforce optimization.
• : Leverage data from recruitment platforms and job boards to uncover insights and improve client outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work with recruiters, account managers, and tech teams to align AI tools with client needs.
• Leadership: Mentor junior developers and stay ahead of AI trends to integrate cutting‑edge solutions into services.
