Drive & Shine Team Member
We are a family‑owned car care center offering car washing, oil change, and interior cleaning services. This role supports the Drive & Shine team with daily operational tasks in a customer‑focused environment.
Pay & PositionStarting pay up to $16/hr the position includes training in car wash, oil change, and detailing procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform car wash, oil change, and interior cleaning services with quality and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain services to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
- Assist with cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations.
- Professional, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient and comfortable explaining services to customers.
- Good physical endurance to work outdoors year‑round.
- Outstanding organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Experience in cash handling and point of sale systems.
